Maryland Weekend Update - 11/05/06

Update. We will be using these Updates to keep you informed of
MMCDC activities, and to give you practical suggestions on things
you can do about the growing problem of illegal aliens in Maryland.
All information about MMCDC activities in this Update is public, so

about illegal immigration.
Those of you in Maryland's 3rd Congressional District need to get out
and vote for John White on Tuesday. John is the only Maryland
candidate endorsed by Americans for Better Immigration. For more

Gaithersburg Residents are asked to let Montgomery County Council
President George Leventhal and Montgomery County Chief Administrative
Officer Bruce Romer know that they will no longer accept 17 N.
Frederick Avenue as a day laborer pickup site in violation of
Gaithersburg zoning laws:

to enforce Gaithersburg City Codes as required by law and requested
by David Humpton, City Manager of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Our neighbors in Herndon are showing what can be accomplished when
ordinary citizens refuse to be exploited by corrupt politicians
pandering to illegal aliens. The October 31st issue of the
Washington Post reports that Herndon officials are looking to dump
Reston Interfaith, the current operator of its day labor center.
Instead, they want a new operator that will run the center like a
private employment agency, and require day laborers to provide proof
