JUNE 7, 2006
The Washington State Chapter of The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps will conduct a weekend border watch this month over the weekend of June 24th & 25th.
Our initial muster will take place at Camp Standing Bear at 09:30 A.M. on Saturday the 24th. (7030 Valley View Rd. , Ferndale, WA. – (360) 366-4047 )
Recent events, making headline news in Canada, demonstrate the urgent need for our derelict political leaders to take immediate and effective actions to secure our Northern border as well as our border with Mexico.
Our monthly border watch events are the most effective action we can take to draw the attention of the American public to the lack of protection our porous borders provide.
Soon the House and Senate will attempt to agree on a “comprehensive immigration reform bill” as requested by President Bush.
We must not falter; we must not rest; we must not stop demanding that our borders be secured, and that any foreigners wanting to enroll in a “guest worker program” do so in their countries of origin before setting foot on American soil!!
Guest workers don’t need a path to U.S. citizenship! Guest workers don’t deserve State funded benefits paid for by U.S. taxpayers! Guest workers who want to be American citizens need to fill out the necessary paperwork in their home countries, enroll in English speaking classes, study American History and traditions and leave their flags behind when they enter our nation!!
Come stand with us on the border on June 24th & 25th and help send this message to the deaf politicians in Washington D.C.!!!!!!!
(Our picture ID program will be operational so those of you who did not get official ID’s last month will get them this time)
If you have any questions or have any special needs, please call HQ at (360) 366-4047.
